Dear Mr. Gamal, We install the hyfire wireless fire alarm system at our premises in January, 2017. We were facing problems with maintenance when we were dealing with G4s as this system required specialist to deal with it. We are dealing directly with you from April 2018, till now haven’t face any problems with the system. Thanks a lot for your services and friendly system. Our maintenance team is dealing with it for small trouble shooting as you provided training for it. It is great to have Hyfire Wireless system in our premises as we have not closed our premises for installation. Thanks.
